CONFIRMATION
The guided tour is confirmed only after receiving a detailed confirmation email from ToursinFirenze.
Tours proceed even in case of bad weather.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Tours can be cancelled without charge up to a week before the scheduled date.
Cancellations made between a week and 48 hours prior to the tour start time require half payment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the tour start time require full payment.
Cancellations must be notified by email.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
By PayPal in advance or cash on the day of the tour.

GUIDE RATE
The rate indicated under ‘cost’ only includes the guide service.
It doesn’t include: admission fees to churches or museums, headsets hire, any extra activity.
